We proudly deliver worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the type of order.
Carriers We Use
International: DHL, SkyNET, FedEx
Within Pakistan: TCS and Leopards.
Tracking Information
A tracking link/code will be shared within 2 days after shipping.
In some cases, tracking is provided once the package clears Dubai customs.
Processing Times
It takes 3–4 business days to process orders.
Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: $40 (10–15 business days)
Express Shipping: $60 (7–10 business days)
Extra Weight: $20 for every additional 2KG
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Customs duties/taxes are not included and must be paid by the customer if required by their country
Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns and offer full refunds in cases where the product received is different from what was ordered (wrong item, color, or size error from our side). Please review the return guidelines below:
Return Conditions
Return requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged.
Customers must explain the reason/defect before shipping the product back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive the returned item.
Important Notes
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns for incorrect sizes provided by the customer.
Slight variations in dress patterns/embroidery (such as flower designs) are normal and not eligible for return.
Orders canceled within 2 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, refunds will not be issued for “change of mind.”
